The Demonization of Conspiracy Theories – Why we may soon experience WW III
There have been dozens or perhaps hundreds of “conspiracy theories” that turned out to be “spot on” when evidence or events proved them to be accurate.
These “theories” dealt with some incident or person – theories defining or delineating the wrong-doing of politicians, government officials, government policies, heads of corporations, preachers, priests and generally anyone holding political or financial power or charismatic enough to gather large numbers of followers.
For the past three decades, the mass media and most individuals have gradually turned the term “conspiracy theories” into a pejorative.
“Conspiracy theories” became a way to dismiss any charges or insinuations of any wrong-doing against anyone “favored” by the mass media.
Likewise, a person who was the object of accusations of wrong-doing or corruption could either dismiss them as “conspiracy theories” forthrightly or use a quote from whichever puppet “journalist” provided the best cover for him or her.
Of course, some conspiracy theories have been unequivocally false and were perhaps created to harm reputations.
This is succinctly illustrated by the wild theories and claims permeating the Internet and social media that are designed as “click-bait”.
Their primary purpose is to entice you to click a link on their ad or their “post” which – whether you purchase or believe anything they write or say – earns them ad money – lots of it!
The 45th President, Donald J. Trump, exposed the 2-year Democrat and “never-Trump” Russian Disinformation campaign. He further exposed the increasingly open censorship by the government, the FBI/CIA and other agencies, the corporate world and the media.
Then, thanks to billionaire Elon Musk purchasing the social network Twitter, the “Twitter files” offered undeniable proof exposing the power brokers both in our government, the legacy media, social networks, academia and to some extent worldwide.
We can see the main players for what they are – despots
Definition “despot”: “a ruler or other person who holds absolute power, typically one who exercises it in a cruel or oppressive way.” The people who hold “absolute power” are easily seen today.
However, we should realize that the more egregious actions by these despots show their absolute brilliance and complete understanding of human nature and the manipulation thereof.
In the culture the despots created over the past 50 years, a majority of the population have been successfully taught to disregard and/or denigrate any writing, speech or thought that opposes what is published or broadcast by the despots’ coordinated press and social platform outlets.
Even after seeing the despots clearly exposed, that majority still follows their dictates. This is largely because of their successful indoctrination on “conspiracy theories”.
If any article, essay, video or speech strays too far from the “mainstream” narrative, most will see the rogue narrative as a conspiracy theory; that is the default position for a majority of the population of our culture.
Thus, the despots and their minions were able to use the tragedy of September 11, 2001 to justify invading Afghanistan and Iraq, to declare a “war on terror” leading to legislation like the Patriot Act later that year allowing them to initiate the clandestine bureaucracy that spies on every American today; thus they justify censorship by the media, the social platforms and even by individuals.
It is now virtually certain that the US Treasury paid for the creation of the Covid-19 virus – the fear of which allowed lockdowns, mask-mandates, cancellation of hundreds of dissenting journalists, doctors, scientists and destruction of our economies worldwide; this also allowed changing the voting rules and regulations leading to the corrupt election of the most corrupt POTUS in American history.
Today we know that they falsely justify our sending multiple hundreds of billions of dollars in cash and military equipment to the Nazi-oriented, known corrupt government of Ukraine.
Why it’s likely that little will change except for the worse?
If there are enough individuals attacking a person or idea through letter-writing campaigns, picketing or “protesting” or on those same social media platforms, the individual can be “canceled” – lose their reputations, their jobs, their income and their private lives.
Thus the despots were able to further fracture our culture: we are either “progressives” (the only acceptable classification) or we are racists, bigots

conservatives, oppressors, victims, anti-vaccination, climate deniers, homophobes, gender bigots, neo-cons, white supremacists, neo-Nazis, and – worst of all – the group of people who call themselves “Christian”, especially those who truly believe in the Bible — you know — “fundamentalists”.
The despots, or at least their minions, have been exposed – perhaps even “cornered” – but that is when they are especially dangerous to all life on earth.
Donald J. Trump has been the prime proponent of exposing:
>the “deep-state” bureaucracy,
>the fact that we don’t have two parties representing us in the Congress but a “uni-party” with significant numbers of powerful Republicans and all elected Democrats
> and even more evil and powerful — the corrupt legacy media and the social network and Internet search engines like Google
If Trump continues this exposé and people with large followings (like Matt Taibbi on Substack, Margo Cleveland, Joy Pullman and Molly Hemingway at The Federalist et al) continue to offer real proof of their despotism and begin truly threatening their power, the despots will have no qualms about initiating World War III including using nuclear weapons.
This is evidenced by the entire media about-face from the continuing Covid-19 “pandemic” conspiracy to the invasion of Ukraine by those “evil” Russians and the unjustified indictments and prosecution of Donald Trump.
The now-trained “sheep” will swallow the despots’ dictates and – if their support is needed – support entering the war. Thus, the despots achieve their goals of reducing the world population and further solidifying their power.
I wish I could offer a much better outlook on our future but I don’t really see anything concrete being done to correct this nation’s decline and resist our slide into socialism and acceptance of a corrupt Federal government and bureaucracy.
The despots may realize their “dream” of putting Donald Trump in jail for the rest of his life and keeping him off the ballot in 2024.
Lots of talk and promises but as a fictional American Indian Chief once evaluated a political speech – “Heap lightning, heavy thunder, much wind but no rain!”
